Any out of stock orders will be completed within 28 days from receipt of order.

The maximum shipping time from the UK is 28 days but as above, we aim to dispatch all orders from stock the NEXT WORKING DAY.

But please note that during high demand goods can take approx 4 weeks, especially the suspender belts, waist clinchers and camis.

RETURNS POLICY Nylon Dreams understands that sometimes you may have to return an item as it may be the wrong size, or using our 100% guarantee policy you decide you would like another item provided the goods are unworn and undamaged. This is within 7 days from your order being delivered by Royal Mail. You may be subjected to a shipping charge.

This is in accordance with the Distance Trading Act of UK


This is why we have a return policy that is easy and fast.

If you need to return an order you must email us first at sales@nylondreams.co.uk we will then send you a returns number, all items must have a returns number or goods will be returned to sender.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
